Launched in 2010, trove HOTEL is a cross-platform browser-based reference tool which allows hotel operators to securely browse, download, report and notify on information held about their hotel and its furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
This information is held in a central and secure archive, and can also be used as a reference for; maintenance and repair, planning, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accounting and more.

Loci Systems is co-founded by two experienced interior architects, who while designing a wide range of interiors (hotels, casinos, spas, bars and restaurants) for the hospitality, and in particular the highly complex cruise industry, recognised a need for a system that could help improve hotel asset information storage and management.
Through interior design and close working relationships with clients and sites located all over the world, we had the ideal opportunity to understand the different environments and importantly the level of relevant detail required for their solutions.
It was identified from the start that the products and services had to be well designed, fit for specific purposes and good value. Having a creative background we have the skills to emphasise and communicate with the different types of end user. Running a successful design business gave us the confidence to take a unique, innovative and lean approach to the selection, design and development of the technology and user interfaces.
Loci is designed by interior architects for interior architectural items, but built and maintained by a team of high tech specialists.
